Contact Us About Casino Content and Partnerships

Need to get in touch with the Australian Odds Guide team? This page explains what we can help with, how to reach us, and — just as importantly — what belongs elsewhere.
What to contact us about
Corrections and updates. Spotted an outdated bonus, a broken link, or a factual error in one of our guides or reviews? Send us the page URL and a short description of the problem. We treat accuracy seriously and prioritise correction requests.
Editorial questions. If something in our content is unclear or you’d like us to cover a specific topic — payment methods, self-exclusion resources, how a particular promotion works — we’re happy to hear it.
Partnerships and advertising. If you represent a brand or publication and want to discuss working with Australian Odds Guide, include a brief overview of your proposal so we can route it to the right person quickly.
How to reach us
Email us at [email protected].
We aim to reply to all genuine enquiries within two business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer — if you haven’t heard back within a week, feel free to follow up and reference your original message.
To help us respond faster:
- Use a clear subject line (e.g. “Correction: bonus terms on page”).
- Include page URLs or screenshots where relevant.
- Send from the email address you want the reply to go to.
We can only respond in English at this time.
What we can’t help with
We are a review and information website. We do not operate any casino, hold player accounts, or process deposits or withdrawals. We cannot:
- recover funds from any gambling operator;
- intervene in disputes between players and casinos;
- reverse payments or freeze accounts;
- provide legal advice on gambling matters.
If your issue is with an offshore operator — be aware that offshore casinos offer no Australian consumer-law recourse, ombudsman access or court jurisdiction, and Australian authorities cannot recover funds on your behalf. If you need to pursue a complaint, keep screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps as evidence. Unlicensed online gambling operators can be reported to the relevant state or territory regulator. Note that the Interactive Gambling Act targets providers rather than players, so accessing prohibited services is not an offence for Australian residents.
Gambling support
If your message is about problem gambling, do not email us. Our team are content editors, not counsellors, and we are not the right people to help in a crisis.
Instead, visit our Responsible Gambling page, which explains how BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register works, how to sign up, and where to find further support.
One thing worth knowing upfront: BetStop does not cover offshore casinos and will not close or prevent offshore accounts. A BetStop self-exclusion cannot be shortened — removal requires a statutory declaration and is not possible during the first three months.
